God loved us and sent His Son… Praise God from whom all blessings flow. We have many things to be thankful for... This past year has been a busy, challenging and fulfilling time for all of us. How rewarding it is to serve our risen Savior Jesus Christ!

We have had the privilege of seeing a real spiritual hunger and growth in our Friday evening Bible study group, as well as several individuals accept Christ into their lives; how rewarding to see the joy of a new believer!

We are looking to complete this Bible study by the end of January which has been on, how to lead a person to Christ.

Our plans are to put into action what we have learned in this 13 week study by taking those that have a desire to reach others, into the community and give them an opportunity to share their faith with the unsaved.

Several have already been sharing their testimonies and passing out tracts.

There are now 24 individuals enrolled in the Son Light Club [thru the mail bible study]. What a joy it is to read the responses of these growing Christians.

Sadly we had our first request this month from one enrollee to have their name removed from the Club. But Praise God for those that chose to diligently seek Him.

We have had our first two people complete a whole course and have gladly sent them their well deserved certificates of completion.

We are continuing with our home education through Liberty University.

The elective we are studying at this time is Biblical Christian Counseling, which we believe will be a much used tool.

Joe was able to lead a young man to Christ who had just left the Amish in October, after attending a revival meeting in Mansfield.

In one of our Friday evening bible studies we had the pleasure of leading Angie to Christ. She is the girlfriend of one of the former Amish who had been attending regularly. Angie has been bringing friend’s of hers to church almost every Sunday and we have seen 2 of them come to Christ as well.

The most recent decision was made in an Amish home, where we had the privilege of leading an Amish lady to Christ. [A mother of three young children]. Her husband had received Christ in July.

This family showed up in our Bible study on Friday night. They had to hire a driver to get here, so we all chipped in and helped pay the driver for bringing them the 40 miles to our house.

We all enjoyed the beautiful warm fall weather. One of the fall activities we enjoyed was a family fun day at Elkhorn Lake.

Rachel found out that shooting a bow and arrow was right down her alley, so her number one item on the Christmas wish list is a bow and arrow. What a lady like thing to wish for!!!

Jonathan on the other hand has a piano on his wish list as the number one item.
Our checking account is groaning just by the thought of all this.

We are thankful for Jonathan’s musical talents and grateful to his wonderful piano teacher, Carol Gess.

• Thank God for individuals and churches who have said, I will answer Gods call and help support the MAP ministry through prayer & finances.
• For those who have become part of God’s family, no longer are they foreigners in a strange land—Praise the Lord!
• Churches that have opened up their doors for us to come in and present MAP. As a team in God’s will—we can accomplish much for the Glory of God.

Prayer Requests:

• Please pray for us. Pray for wisdom, understanding, and passion. Pray for guidance, boldness as well as love.
• Pray for Jacob, Angie, Mary, & Robbie—spiritual growth in their new relationship in Christ.
• Repentance for those that aren’t living for the Lord.
• Pray for your Amish community.
• For our financial support to come in—we are at 35%.
