Loose horse, big damage

A series of events last Saturday in Seymour resembled a scene from the 1890s.
Or maybe a movie about the Old West.
At 11:28 a.m. that morning in the parking lot of the Price Cutter grocery store in the city’s downtown, an Amish horse-drawn buggy finally was stopped after it broke loose and ran into multiple vehicles, said Cpl. Alan Goff of the Seymour Police Department.
