Jesus Loves the Little Children (By: Eli Lee Ministry)

$3.00

Bible story books in the Miskito language are non existent, so Eli Lee and his family wrote the book, "Jesus Loves the Little Children" in the Nicaraguan language. Their desire is to distribute these widely among the Miskito people, but the lack of funds for printing them has not allowed them to do so.

As a fundraiser, the Lee family took the same book and translated it in English as well as Miskito for your children to enjoy. All the funds that come in from selling these books will be used to print the Miskito version to distribute in Nicaragua.

Even though these are children's books with simple stories, you will love to sit and read them and look at the pictures. Thank you for helping us reach the Miskito nation with the gospel.

Cost: $3.00 Each

About Eli Lee Ministry:

We are a family that was born and raised Amish, being taught and believing that the Amish religion was the only church that was doing what it takes to please God.

Because of a sickness that the medical doctors couldn’t cure, and not being able to work for several years, our finances were in a lot of trouble, to the point of food becoming very scarce.

In my distress I cried out to God and asked Him to take my wife and children and make them His, because I believed the promise in Psalm 37:3, Trust in the LORD, and do good; so you will dwell in the land, and truely you will be fed.

I asked Him to forgive me for the things I had done wrong, surrendered my life to Him, and asked Him to put His Holy Spirit into my heart, so that I would know what His will is for my life.

By Gods grace, He honored that humble prayer and saved me. Soon my wife Leah also got saved, and one by one our children have also given their hearts and lives to Jesus.

After receiving the Holy Spirit, we got an urge to read the bible (which was only allowed in German) to know what Gods word says, and found that the way the Holy Spirit interpreted the scripture was different then the way it was always interpreted by the church.

We had no desire to be anything but Amish for the rest of our lives, but we were soon faced with the choice of denying the truth of the bible, (about salvation being a gift from God, by grace and not by works) or being excommunicated and shunned by our parents, grandparents, siblings and friends for the rest of our lives.

The Lord gave us strength to choose the truth, and the truth has indeed set us free.
