Abram Raber
March 13, 2009I left the Amish when I was seventeen years old because I did not believe in all their rules, but still I did not realize the importance of salvation for some time, so I was very confused with my new life for quite a while but the more I studied the Bible, the more I realized that a person must be saved to enter the kingdom of heaven.
There were quite a few circumstances going on in my life and I was feeling more down each day until one night I felt like I could take no more. That very same night the Holy Spirit spoke to me and I realized that I needed Jesus in my life and right there I prayed that prayer and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
Today, I would like to take the next step by following the Lord's command as it is written in.
Romans 6:3-4; Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
