I grew up in the Amish and I was getting ready to be a church member and when I found out all their church rules and I felt like there is more to being a Christian than following the Amish church rules. So, finally I came to the point where I had to make a change in my life.

I didn't know what I should do right at the time. Then I started looking around for the truth and finally I seen that I can't find the truth living the Amish life. And I didn't want to leave my family but the truth was more important to me than my family. So, I left home and begin to search for what a true Bible Christian is. And I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior on April 26, 2009. And my life has changed from that moment on. It's the best thing that ever happened in my life. And the best gift that God has given us.

Today, I want to follow the Lord in baptism.

"Thank you for sharing your ministry with us this past Sunday! It was informative, instructional, and inspiring - overall, a great time. God used you to open many eyes to the true spiritual situation among the Amish. Many in our Church Family assumed that Amish people were saved because they will tell you they believe in Jesus. "
