I thought this was an interesting story. Surprised they did not find suitable land in Alaska, but then I don't know. Maybe it is to rugged to support the Amish way of life??

Interesting article, Henry, seems they're getting closer to you all the time!
The weather in Alsask would make for a very short farming season, I believe (I have cousins there)
it's not an easy life in some ways even with their modern conveniences. Might be difficult to
carve out a living for them?
